****OT***** TERN and ETEK I saw Terayon present at the recent H&Q conference and wasn't a bit impressed. They're just beginning their voice development in conjunction with Rogers Communications which means they're considerably behind CMTO in that critical space. As for E-Tek, I've never followed them as I didn't like their balance sheet and already had two fiber optic plays by they time they came to my attention. You might want to explore them further as they may be a take-out target. I know with SDLI everyone on the planet has indicated interest and they're simply not for sale. I try to limit my holdings to those I can follow closely. If I spread myself out, I lose control. Pat
