I will look hard at it tomorrow. Sunday morning early is my stock search time. I fire up the coffee and make 6 pieces of whole wheat toast with a little butter, peach preserves from my friends peach orchard and sit and search and watch the sun rise over our beautiful valley. My office looks out over the valley and I stare across the top of my monitor and look at Mount Sopris which rises to 12,953 feet from the valley floor of 6,000 feet. It is covered with white fresh snow from the last two weeks so it makes a spectacular sight for me to fish for the next hot stock. I am so lucky to be here. It gives me the shivers some times to realize how well I have it. I am truly grateful. Thank you for the reply and I will write you tomorrow after I have had a chance to dig for information and scenery. Bill

Less than 9 million shares scares me. With that few out, this baby could go down a heck of a lot faster than it went up if all is not Kosher with the company. Did E-Trade give any information on insider holdings? I must admit, I love the concept... BUT! Right now I have virtually all my OTC money invested in PNLK. I have followed it for over a year and done my DD. I have confidence in management and can sleep at night. Although UBRT looks very interesting, I've learned the hard way that it doesn't pay to jump into something before I know a heck of a lot more than I know about these guys at this point in time. Think I'll watch from the sidelines, at least until I can give an educated guess as to whether this is for real or not. Good luck
