you can write all the legaleze stuff you like about how well its the foundation and the company is not invovled....arent memebers of the board part of the company with inside info etc...etc....why the selling so much so fast and maybe not doing that properly.....?

Members of the board with insider information that act on that information are in fact liable. However, what you fail to realize, in your haste, is that Foundation sold shares into the market as the price esculated to $15.00! The market had been informed of the "news" and the market reacted. If the CEO/Pres of Foundation authorized the sale of "foundation shares into the market" without TSE approval, the only error comitted was the authorization, when authorization was not his or hers to issue! So the culpable company is Foundation.

There is no indication of "insider information here being acted on IMHO". Where a clear indication of insider information would have been apparent is if Foundation had asked for approval to release 1.2mm shares three or four days before the Delphi release.

So no, once again you are wrong!

go ahead say im spamming...im not...im not short either....its the first actual news since the maybe delphi deal.....and it interests me as it should you....arent you concerned?

I am not concerned at all, in fact as a daytrader, the thoughts of a 1.2 million share "reversal" demanded by the TSE will make me more money in both my longterm($15.00 shares<ggg>) and shortterm account.....it will be akin to short covering!!!

Start analyzing the data, before you go off half-cocked!

I personally phoned the TSE because I was concerned and wanted to get the story. There is a phone number and the name of someone at the TSE to talk to. Go ahead and phone them! Ask them if GLE is under investigation, they're NOT! The Company cannot control the acts of its board members outside of the company itself. All it can do is drop them from the board should matters arise which indicate they should not be on the board.

Michael,

With all due respect, each company has its own personae. Unless, you lift the corporate veil, the fact that some of the board members are also on Foundation Equity's board of directors is legally irrelevant. We have two independent companies even if they are somewhat related.
