As far as this recent activity raising a red flag with some type of regulatory agency, I heard an opinion on another thread some time back that with the 1000's of micro-cap companies being traded OTC, not to mention the many larger companies, that the powers that be just do not have enough resources to monitor every quirk that comes along. Of course, another explanation of the recent activity just could be insiders, as well as others with big ears, positioning themselves for some type of positive news. Ya' know, even though some here think it's very improbable, it certainly isn't impossible.
