None that I know of, unless they file reports with the SEC. NCDR doesn't, so you can't.

Refer to FIBR for a comparable 'slow pump' situation. Of course the existence of a cold calling pump is impossible to prove. Volume can always be produced by swapping blocks back and forth between accounts.

I really can't comment on NCDR. I have no SEC documents to read. I know Mr. Pink must have some method of investigating, but I am unaware of how to go about it. Since I can't find anything out, and still have a general prohibition on trading BB's in place, I'm just observing this one.
