I've barely been following Radica these days and am curious why such a precipitous decline in earnings and revenues can be considered good news merely because the decline was anticipated. Why would this quarter be an anomaly and how can Radica still be viewed as a growth stock? What's happening that would encourage new investors to buy now rather than to hold back for the possibility of single digits?
