4MM 504 shares went out to raise $$ to run the company and for future use.

So if they raised the maximum allowable, that would be about 0.25 a share, right? If they didn't raise the max, they sold them for even less. Interesting that the investors would require such a cheap price on a stock (for the moment) trading at almost $2. What do they know that you and I don't?

Float of 300K, with (at least) 4M coming onto the market. Yikes.
