Frost,

As I told everyone earlier, Vivus thought they had a deal in the bag with Astra and then the merger with Zeneca occurred. This was another good example of the cursed timing Vivus seems to always experience. Had Astra not merged with Zeneca, Vivus would have had Astra as our domestic partner late last year. I honestly don't know the current status/potential for Vivus to partner with A/Z in the near future but I still would put them on the top of the list of most probable partners.

Also, expect to hear a lot of positive news concerning the launch of MUSE in Germany which began this past week.

Also, I have been told that the licensing approval in both Italy and Spain are in the bag and we should have these announcements within the next 2 weeks.

Still waiting for some REAL objective reporting on Viagra adverse reactions/deaths one year post launch--seems like nobody is too eager to let the consuming public know the truth. Remember that in the end truth always wins and even the likes of BigK can not pull the wool over everyone's eyes forever.
