Scouser, I have seen even higher valuations on some of these acquisitions. These valuations are typically for analogue systems which may have to undergo massive upgrades. Digital systems are valued much higher. Because of the expectation of more and more acquisitions these subscriber numbers are likely to increase. In the last post I just made I referred to PGTV's subscribers being valued at $2,000...that is for an approximate 20% revenue stream. It definately points to some interesting possible valuations for MDTV. Cheers, Paul
