FYI, OS8.6 was up for download for a VERY short period of time this evening at apple.com. Looks like the boys in Cupertino are getting ready for Monday's big show.

Wonder if there is a Form 144 time notice ? I've seen same day sales

Only an observation as the "insiders" have their reasons and R & M might be doing the "right stuff" by giving yet again advance notice of sale .

>> " ... Rubinstein and Mandich did NOT sell their shares within 90
days after the Jan "planned sale" filing, they filed the 144 again ..." <<

But if so , we could see similar re-filings from Anderson , Heinen, Tammadon etc unless their Form 4 confirming sales appear shortly .

Its puzzling to me . If there is no Form 144 advance notice time period required before selling , why give notice (and again) .

These insider positions are highly visible and "intent to sell" has to be disturbing to some investors , potentially reducing the insider's sale price.

Except for a partially "Cooked" sale the Form 144s look like nothing "Short" of head fakes .

Maybe we should just "Note" it as soon (6/1/99) to be un-notable ? ;>)
