Pumkinhead, I'm sure there are advanced ways of doing this, but when I used to use AOL for data I imported a list into my 123 worksheet as a database and the spreadsheet accessed the prices from there, automatically updating daily. One could do the same thing with Q+.

maybe too many steps...

Round Orange Tete:
Set up a list file with your stocks in portfolio.lst.

then run this scan:

input="portfolio.lst";
output="portfoliorpt.lst";
float pctchg;
pctchg=:((close(0)-close(-1))/close(-1))*100;
println: symbol:-6,",",close(0):6:3,",",close(-1):6:3,",", pctchg:6:3;
then open this in excel as a comma delimited file.

or more simply just run a report :
Quote Plus scan program- click reports tab and then run "performance of a list" by clicking define first and linking report to you portfolio list.
