The most important thing is that HouseHold Direct needs to do the things that will make investors want to buy these shares at these wholesale prices. The business plan seems so simple, so sound. All RDIM needs to do is close these acquisitions and they should be actually profitable. If that happens then RDIM is selling at a tremendous discount in my estimation. I could not agree more, Jeff. They must also complete the financial filings and prove these prices are indeed wholesale. Also, I emailed the company with questions a week ago and have not heard a word. There is no excuse for this. The problem I have had from the beginning is the company's failure to keep abreast with shareholders. John Folgers may be one HELLUVA nice guy, but that doesn't make me feel any better when I see my investments going to Hell. I am not tremendously concerned with the PP, but I am concerned with the continued selling and the negative posting and the fact there doesn't seem to be any new buyers. There is a roadshow in Florida on 5/22 what does the company hope to accomplish there? Could be some newsworthy information for shareholders,etc. If you know what I mean. I have been buying on the dips, but have decided to buy a $100.00 stock on the way up rather than a .38 stock on it's way down. Hoping for better days. Linda

Jeff: you 'thought' you'd post this here. Why now? where was this information when I asked you about the PP. Here was your response back then: Message 7794891 No mention there of 2.4 million UNRESTRICTED .17 shares. I always thought the best time to answer a question was when it was asked. So why is this information coming out now and how many of your Investhype clubs .17 shares are left? Maybe I'm wrong as I haven't been following the RDIM boards closely or from inception, but it seems to me that being directly responsible for a private placement that you personally benefit from makes you an insider of sorts. Please show me where this information had been hitherto disclosed on this board or anywhere else. TIA

I remembered during a conference call last year with Fortune Marketing...there was a guy by the name of Eric representing a web navigation site and I am wondering do you know the name of that site and what are those deals with asia??
