I am Not a member of any militia, and the only thing that matters to me is the future of my country. But, I do receive reports from a number of militias and other para-military groups, just for my own information. A recent report came out from Mather Air Force Base in Sacramento California of a prison camp set-up and a number of surveillance cameras to oversee the prisoner area. Apparently there are pictures of this somewhere on the net. I have heard reports such as these from many others all over the United States. This one supposedly comes from a military person who has been stationed there for over 7 years, and the intent of setting up prison camps is "for those that would resist martial law". "Martial law to be Declared some time in September" ....so his quote goes. I have heard many rumors and reports of this too. Y2K fears, or government actions using Y2K as an excuse to throw out the constitution, which declaring Martial Law would do, has been floating around for the better part of this year. Maybe it's all nonsense, maybe it's not. I have friends I talk to all over the USA, and they all report similar things, coast to coast. UN troops coming to disarm civilians. I have been hearing that one for over a decade, but then again, last fall the UN was having meetings about doing just that......disarming countries that refused to disarm their own civilians. Or maybe the final blow in setting up the NEW WORLD ORDER? Hmmmm...let's see, Europe is almost there already, Eurodollar and all. Maybe Nothing will happen with Y2K...but isn't it a bit strange that almost every other country in the world has told their citizens to prepare, to put some things away, but NOT HERE? WHY? Why, is the US so sure, when all other European countries and Canada, has warned their citizens of impending bad times, and to at least prepare a little, for a few weeks or so, but Nothing from the United States.....or do THEY want US totally Unprepared? Why did the United States ban the sales of MRE's to civilians ( Meals Ready to Eat, the military rations that all soldiers live on, and a food source that is good for ten years or so, and the main source of food that right wing survivalists have stockpiled) Did you know that it is AGAINST the Law to stockpile food in the USA? Did you know your government banned the sales of military Surplus Ammunition to civilians, the number one source of inexpensive military grade munitions that also the right wingers have always stockpiled? Did you know that the price of Gas Masks have doubled in a month, and are in short supply? Have you noticed that gasoline prices, at least around here, have jumped a full 22 cents a Gallon in 6 Weeks? Try to buy any cases of .223's lately??? Good luck, there is a big shortage nationally. For what it's worth, most nations have prepared their military for end of the century chaos, and the US is no different. They have been doing this all year, and calling up all national Guard troops as well. How about all of the so called "Practice Urban Assaults" the Marine Corps have been doing for more than a year, with "disarming resistance" as one of their primary goals? Did you know that the Posse Comitatus Law, which prevents the US government from using her own troops on US citizens, does NOT apply to the Navy, which the Marine Corps is a part of? I don't know the answers, but I sure have a lot of questions. Anyone else?
