Adelle, thanks but that is old news. It came out somewhere else earlier in the week. Plus, all of us long term shareholders have known it would happen for awhile since none of us tendered our shares for $90.
All it means is Paul Allen does not have complete control of the board of directors. He still will own 34% of the company. Or more if he cares to purchase shares at the current price. Frankly, I'd prefer the current gnet crew to maintain as much control of gnet as possible.
Why mess with something that really works - you know what I mean?
But either way Paul Allen and the people from Vulcan can only be an incredible asset to gnet. Have you seen this chart?
