Yes I smell a rat or rats.They are the same ones who pumped up CLL and ANZ. There is actually a wealth of information on SI dating back to 1996 on how they do it.CY was part of that manipulated group as well. I was E-mailed that the same people are now doing it to CY again, this time more successfully than ever. The company Cybersurf itself would not be involved themselves, just the promo group.They hold hundreds of thousands of shares and play the stock. John on this thread provided a link to another SI thread describing how these groups do this. I am 90% sure it is happening here.
