From this it sounds like there are about 15M shares issued and remaining in escrow to cover the PP. Perhaps the next 10Q on the 17th will have an update for us. The problem as I see it is that in addition to the 15M there will shortly be another 49M issued for a total of another 64M issued. Of course we all hope that most of these shares will not be needed.
