It looks like SFAM is essentially refinancing some debt that IPEC had on the books in order to get lower rates due to SpeedFam-IPEC's superior balance sheet and credit rating. I didn't exhaustively explore the details of the deal to make sure, for example, that the amount of debt was not being increased, but at first glance, it looks like that debt restructuring has nothing to do with the jump.
