You're confusing the issue of harm to oneself (i.e. the
person choosing to consume the heroin) and harm to others
(i.e the person choosing to shoot a group of people.)
I've never said that it is wrong to sell a product to
someone who chooses to buy it to cause themselves harm.
Actually, to be precise, I do think it is wrong. However,
I don't think that it is a legitimate area for societal
intervention. There are many things that I personally
think are wrong (such as smoking cigarettes or voting
Republican) that I am willing to tolerate as the price
of living in a free society.
