Are you sure it's the 2.5-inch market they're after? Integral went out of business pushing the 3-inch form factor and the 1.8-inch stuff.

A source at H&Q, some months ago, said they were interested in backing the 1.8-inch effort and were still looking at the 3-inch but it would be interesting to see them try to bang heads in the 2.5-inch arena. 2.5-inch would sure make more sense in the notebook capital of the world.
