Tom,

I've always been too sensitive. But I take your and Mark's points
seriously. I think the Chief said it when he mentioned optimism
versus hype. There were a couple of posts of mine that were
certainly guilty of optimism and I will tone down.

I've worked directly in this industry and specifically in marketing.
In that, I was involved in these types of deals.

When Dimethaid does sign with a major, the job of that major
is to start orchestrating. The first job is to bring their
expertise to the table in how to stage the release of news that
the major is involved. In other words, all information released
about this particular deal will be under the direction of the
major. This makes sense when you realize the marketing and
costs (many millions) are the major's responsibility. And they
will be spending huge amounts before any revenue's come on
stream. They must be allowed to be in control of their area
of expertise.

Having said that, no doubt as part of the deal Dimethiad would
have discussed how all this would be done at a higher level and
would be satisfied. For instance one certain specific topic
would be the overlap of media into Canada, where Dimethaid plans
to market directly once they have approval.

With regard to Peter Block's interview. Being the IR person, he
lives and dies by the words he says. He chooses them carefully
knowing that he is the mouthpiece of Dimethaid to the outside
world. I know enough about Peter Block and the DMX management
team to know they are ethical and serious. When I analyse
the words Peter used, I am confident he meant exactly
what he said. He has no other job.

I also topped up on stock on Friday to get to a nice round
number. That's because I'm 100% comfortable that Peter's
interview was his first opportunity to give a 'state of the union'
or 'throne speech' to the outside media. Kudos to Stockhouse
for understanding something big may be happening to Dimethaid
shortly.

Happy Mother's day all. Thanks for your response Tom.
