TO ALL....a 3 word suggestion............. call the CEO. You will feel much more informed to make a decision after that. Talking to a CEO is not the only wise piece of DD to do, but because I put such a huge emphasis (especially with BB companies) on people and their backgrounds, and their game plan, talking to Bruce was the reason I invested here. You may feel differently after speaking to him, and that is fine. But if any call, please report back your honest feeling on the thread. Bear in mind, he has lots going on, so patience.

My top 3 questions for the CEO are these (actually I have already ask 2 of these, but want you all to see his answer in print) My first question is/was... "what are you doing to assure your success and/or at least greatly enhance it's odds of success?" (2) Tell us the thinking behind your two-pronged approach in China as both an Internet Lottery company and an ISP/E-Commerce company. (3) What is your background and experience in China and with the Chinese Government? Ditto with the people you are working with.
