It should go higher. Based on how the stock is behaving but also both of them want DOCS for some very tangible reasons and we are starting off very cheap here. Last qtr. DOCS had a revenue of 45m CAD so the extrapolated, the offer is 1 something times sale. Pretty cheap for a software company. The norm as I have said before is around 2-3 depending on the prospects and the numbers. And don't forget the cash the company has on the books. Any other management, I'd have said we will go a lot higher. Hell, we would not be in this position to begin with but this management and BOD have basically screwed around too long at share holders' expense so I can't predict.
