I offer no trading guidance. But I can refer you back to what Dr Heyderman is saying. Focus on the last two paragraphs. Read carefully.

Obviously no one knows. I mentioned ENBC as a case of stock that did nothing the day before going up over 350%. Was up only 200% when I mentioned it. My point being not that I thought it would go up, but rather that until it happened no one thought it would.

At any rate, there are other things out there that could get the stock to move. Partnership work started in earnest last November. Xoma must have come to an agreement with the third parties on what their scope of work was prior to contracting with them to search for a partner. Meaning they did not, IMO, begin meeting with Vector and the other company in November to start all the basic work needed for the partnership search to begin. They probably did this much earlier, before signing a contract with either firm. Thus, IMO they have been at it almost 6 months.

This is not to say I think XOMA will do well if trial "fails". Just that other events could occur before we know how the trial ends.

At any rate even if thinking about selling and I would wait for the "earnings" release which some say will be out this week. BTW I expect to be disappointed by the release. But will wait for it eagerly nonetheless.
