the Chief: Good analogy-- from a chem eng's hard hat point of view. You must be of the geological point of view. I agree that the major's ( if there is one) words, distribution channels, marketing system, reputation-- will all make or break this wee company for its initial product. Rebecca, as the CEO has the right to final agreement of whatever is being worked. May she have the personal strength and wisdom and-- of course listen to the advice of the many that surround and support her. Heck-- its Sunday and Mother's day-- lets hope the big (girl,guy?) one is on her side as she gives birth to the first of the babies.
