coz, does this have anything to do with becoming fully reporting?
as i recall, financials for the two most current prior quarters are
generally required. anyone know for sure? thanks.

Hardly, the requirement calls for Audited Financial statements.

The key requirement, which MDIN is unable to comply with, is that the financials are audited.
