The earnings calendar link you posted is straight from Wednesday's First Call Radar Report. Sometimes they update it on the weekend if there are changes in the dates, so it is quite accurate. Another free site for a few First Call earnings dates is thomsoninvest.net. This is updated daily with the latest information.

Finding out whether earnings are announced before or after the bell is harder to do. That's one good reason to call each company personnally. I have been collecting earnings dates and times on about 200 stocks for 3 years (and adding earnings plays to my list now). Most companies report the same time of day and sometimes the same day of the week each quarter. I check old news stories on stocks to find out the historical date and time of reports. This helps to verify the dates and times you get from other sources, including the company itself.
