Craig, I doubt simple mortals like I can short TSIG. I certainly did not. It would be more useful if you pointed to some parts of my reasoning relative to TSIG that are wrong, rather than concentrate on motives. How about it? In essence I have three main issues, a. Lack of prior performance on Gordon's part (and thus no justification in salary increases and self donation of stock), b. Apparent acquisition of shares at "wholesale" (around $.15) and selling it at retail (without filing normal forms 4, probably just through the S-8 filing), and c.) the more recent floorless issue.
