To All: Any one know what happened to the Bear King aka David Plonk?

He has not posted on SI for over a week and has not updated his page on the MDA Web Site for two weeks tomorrow.

I Emailed him several days ago and have received no reply...

Regards,
LG

LG: The 9 month cycle for Feb started with the NAZ at 1351, the high was 2533 and the retracement was 2220. That was 26.5% retracement to me. I don't know how you calculated your numbers but I used:

(2533-2220) / (2533-1351)

True about Friday's sell signal. But I use the end of the day price for my system and I have told you this before. In this case however, no matter what I did on Friday I could not have sold in time when I saw the sell signal. And This is the part when I have been cautioning everyone that we are having one day rallies. If you review my posts for the last 3 buy signals I have either said we would have a one day rally or I advise not to get into the market. That is because I know the weakness in my system.

This is what I try to do when posting my signals. I post them as they come out using the intraday data as to get an idea of the close. Since I have to make a decision before the end of the day in order to make a trade. I could publish the end of the day signal every day, but if I publish it at the end of the day the signal is no good to anyone. Publishing the signal 20 or 30 minutes before the end of the day give people a chance to trade. But the risk is that the signal may change at the end of the day like it did on Friday.

And Finally LG I want to tell you that this is the style in you comments that I don't like from you. And if we are to be getting along in our communications, I have to let you know, and I am not trying to pick a fight with you. <<The NAZ (NASDAQ Composite) the retrace from the Feb high was only 12.2% I stopped there...

High on 2/1/99 was 2533.44 the low was on 2224.21 you do the math.>> You plainly accused me of not doing my math when you did not understand what I was referring to. Please check with me what I meant first next time.

Jaime
