that sounds good. It kinda makes the regulatory stuff involved with setting up phone comanies and cable etc somewhat out of time. i mean if i want something i just will be able to log on to it and get it.
In fact the whole thing about jurisdiction becomes a little un clear.
It like the microsoft space borne system for wireless net access, just where is it domiciled.. answer.. noplace on earth. can companies domicile in vertual space etc ?.
who knows. Does micro soft get around anti trust if the domicile up there?. there global office work systems are designed fofr this issue.
there is a whole new can of worms just bieng oppened up and it will be interesting to see what happens. and of course it will need one money system .

Rande Is, there already is an Internet 2 in use. It's used primarily by Universities, government and for scientific research. Sort of how the the original internet was developed, they just moved on to a less 'clogged' medium. Also incredibly faster. Not entirely built yet, but quite a few schools are using it.
