Clearly enough, the uptrend broke when prices moved below 132-00 and gave a sell signal, and the trend is still down, but I think you and I are both looking at the same thing in the chart.. support at around 117-08 in the June..... I bought some at 118-30 and have orders to buy more at 117-30 and at 117-08 if we get there... I think bonds are now nicely oversold and ought to bounce at that support level.....
