He's actually a bit worse because his goal is merely to deceptively scare the unsuspecting into selling the price down lower for his own selfish goals. Not as he won't buy shares, because after all he will buy shares, but he wants some poor schmo to sell lower based upon the fear his very unbalanced posts produce.

...I think the most interesting aspect of all this is that people like ....[Sword] really believe that they have done nothing wrong in the manipulation of negative information, and let's face it there is an abundance of it with tsig.

Sword how many times have you purchased at or below 30 cents and sold in the mid forties for a thirty to fifty percent gain?

You always have a way of accusing others of actions of which you seem to be guilty of yourself.

An attempt at an Asian parody of "A wolf in sheep's clothing" as referring to his long status but apparent bashing attitude.

We all know some here that do that... right?

Swordsman, pardon the interruption. I found this thread because I have Zeev bookmarked.

You suggest that the company could sell treasury shares into the float. However, according to the year-end filing TSIG only has 13,130 shares of treasury stock. From the balance sheet:

Treasury Stock, 13,130 shares at cost (125,000)

Perhaps you were meant authorized but unissued shares. Treasury shares are shares that have been previously issued and subsequently reacquired by a corporation. They appear on the balance sheet under capital stock and the cost of their reacquisition appears as a charge against equity.
