Swordsman....

Please explain your prior dealings with CCI..

You don't accept the explanations put forth on this thread.
You haven't contacted the company.

Purportedly you visited the company in December and did NOT meet
Gordon, yet your posts seem to be personally directed at Gordon.

As "..a relatively fast study of human nature...", you should detail
your visits to TSIG. (Who did you meet, and when specifically was this visit). Also, please detail the particulars of the deal that brought you to this board and from which you were subsequently cut out from. Some detail of your own dealings would do a lot to explain what your motivations are. Right now your "sham statements" seem pretty transparent.

Probably because I'm doing a project for a CCI prospect. And they like the idea, and it may be a green light. No guarantee, but looks good.

And please no questions, and no I cannot tell who or how big, but wow! That's how I got here to begin with.

Instinct tells me that the PP will probably cause dilution but if the company continues to execute as it has, I think we'll see revenue at the bottom line this quarter and much more as time progress's.

While I don't want to diminish its importance (the PP), God knows how hard I hammered on the subject last week, I believe that it will be a fact of life but not so that we won't reach our destination. Profitability.

As I have once said I have a large client that is in the proposal mode and it looks like it will happen. The dollars are too large to comprehend. They have shut me down so I have to live with snipets from lower level people.

Sword, I am inclined to agree with you that we would be better off with Guild or Hwang as CEO, but I don't think that is something in the cards at the moment.

I think efforts are better placed in working to get Marty on the BoD and getting RG to get rid of the provision for 26.66M shares to be converted at .15.

I have taken offense at some of the shennanigans you have pulled in on the thread in your past posts. But I do believe you are long on the stock and want the best for the company.

I also object to insinuations that you have single handedly brought the stock price down by your posts. It does not take a rocket scientist to see through such accusations. IMO, the stock price problems lie with the company and not you or the thread. While the company has seriously diluted the value of its stock, they have at the same time put into place deals and structures which could well radically increase stock and shareholder value. And these structures and deals are about to produce.

While I am not personally interested in participating in your legal inquiries regarding the company, I do appreciate your calling attention to the serious dilution we have suffered and certain inconsistencies in RG's past. However, I agree with others that you dwell on these things too much.

I do think it would be helpful as others have requested if you might clarify some of the previous statements you have made on the thread (in regards to past conncetions to the company as z has detailed). That would enable us to have a better idea of your real concerns and where you are coming from.

"I wouldn't give a rat's ass if the CEO was Bill Gates, Bill Clinton or Mother Theresa."

Bill Gates, Bill Clinton maybe but I'd be careful with your language when you bring up Mother Theresa. She is a saint.
