Rosemary, That's fair and I understand. Some feel "very comfortable" with RMBS and think this is a "sure thing", others are positive but a bit apprehensive with the current climate. But nothing is a sure thing until it happens, even your wedding day!! <gg> Only time will tell!! Regards, MileHigh
