Lance, You should be getting a moving picture that moves around the product from different views and have a music background. If your getting an error I have no idea why. Mine works fine and I am using the same browser and Real Audio G2 package. Might be ISP related problem with downloading to your site. I have AOL and it works ok. Beyond that I have no clue why your getting the error. Sorry, not much of an answer but its all I have to offer in the way of an explanation. Kevin
