OK. But what do you get from the AOL software that you couldn't get without it? Do you consider this stuff to be a "killer app" that will allow AOL to flourish in the long term, even if they were to lose the dial-up subscriber connection? Is it this that you see as lacking in MSN's offerings? How does the AOL end of things work when you no longer have to dial in, when you have a permanent IP address with an always-on connection to the internet?
