Fine, I will build all of my credibility with a single post.

The deal will be done with Cisco, GE Capital, a third party (probably a long haul provider) and ARTT.

The deal will send the stock into the $20+ range immediately, and $30 very soon after.

The street will clearly see it as a ARTT+Cisco face off with Winstar+Lucent, companies on both sides who can't stand each other. The street will bet on ARTT+Cisco (because of Cisco obviously) and soon figure out that Cisco isn't doing this without wanting to eventually own the whole thing.

Talk to me about credibility after the announcement.
