Just scanned through the May 24th issue of Fortune. There's a couple favourable articles on Dell. Nice issue in general.

I suspect the propaganda war against DELL was largely a Pfeiffer creation. He always seemed preoccupied with DELL. The fact that Rosen did not back up his "industry wide problem" story reinforces my opinion. These PR manipulations have caused CPQ to have a lot of law suits filed against them. So I suspect that Rosen will be more careful about CPQ's public statements.
