My guess would be that being on the show is part of the PR campaign to raise DGIV visibility to the investing public, to "whet its appetite" just at the right moment (with the deals being done in the regions mentioned). As for the official filings, all indications from the company, as reported on this thread, are that it is on schedule for either end of May or June. Again, the increasing publicity from the media campaign would help to catch investors'attention when the filings are reported, imo.
