JMO.....but right now it seems the inets in general need a broad based rally rather than any particular coverage or recommendation.....i base this on the fact there have been many positive coverage of alot of inets after the silent period and they have continued to go down.....just a sign of the times i suppose.

<<Once they initiate coverage, do you have a realistic near term target?

I would suspect some good coverage by the middle of next week. Do you have any info on that?>>

Marshall: I wish I had all the answers <gg> ...I do know that the I-Banks can initiate coverage on a company 30 days after the IPO. I would expect by late May a number of well known Investment Banks may initiate coverage on NETP. You can almost bet that all the underwriters (Piper Jaffray, H & Q, and BBRS) will step up to the plate and help the investing community understand Net Perception's potential. It would be even better if we could get their coverage PLUS a couple of credible, objective analysts to come on board. It could happen but it may take some time.

I invested in this company because I like the products, the management, the GROWTH in the e-commerce market, and the valuation is hard to beat. My investment will be a LONG TERM one as long as the fundamentals are intact. There is no reason why NETP could not trade up over $50 by the end of the summer. That's just my opinion.

Best Regards,

Scott
