Mshater, WW,

The following came from one of HITTs recent press releases:

"The new independent Directors are Melvyn Price, Jr., who brings over twenty years experience in Information Technology, including 13 years with E.D.S.(NYSE:EDS); Phillip L. Kaich, with over twenty years experience in real estate development and sales, and financial services, including employee benefit plans; and Daniel M. Grant who, for 19 years has been involved in some of the nation's more prominent construction projects, such as the Getty Museum."

What is your opinion of these businessmen? And what crimes are you two alledging HITTs is committing?

Bob Sims

Bob;

Maybe that's because Hitsgalore is a NEVADA corp!

Buyer Beware!

OK, Dorian has lots of experience on the Internet running a business. Thats good for HITTs if he is running a legitimate business now. However being charged with a crime is not being convicted, Bill Gates has been charged by the Justice Department of being a criminal. Is Bill Gates running a criminal activity with Microsoft.....

You're asking the wrong person on that. Yes, I think Bill should be locked up and the key thrown away.

And yes, Dorian, has lots of experience at running a business:

True, I guess he hasn't committed any new crimes, but do these type of

Mr. Sims:

...To say that a corporation is engaged in criminal activity as you two have opens you up to civil liability in Tort Law of Libel and Commercial Disparagement for which you two can be sued.

Why is it that when someone brings out factual information, you trot out the first lesson from Touting 101 — attack the messenger: an attack which was blatantly false and libelous in and of itself.

Permit me to ask a few questions:

1. Have you ever received or will you receive compensation, either directly or indirectly, for promoting this stock?

2. Why has the company not filed an 8K regarding the reported investment of Life Foundation Trust?

3. Why is the explanation given for the delay in the company's 10K in conflict with the 8K filed by SCMI notifying the SEC of the reverse merger?

4. Can you give me an accurate number on the float given the 144 registrations since the reverse?

5. Can you estimate the value of Hitsgalore.com prior to the reverse merger?

You've piqued my interest; perhaps I'll stick around.

Oh, BTW, just for your information, if Mr. Reed is an officer or principal in this company, it is highly unlikely that the company will be granted a NASDAQ listing if the FTC action is still pending, and is not resolved to the satisfaction of NASDAQ.

Have a nice day.

So far HITTs has produced good numbers and good press releases which I accept as true. There are lots of people in this world that have been in trouble with the law at one time or another but still have a right to make a living. So far HITTs seems to be a good company and unless you two can prove otherwise based upon facts and not conditions precident then current conditions and subsequent conditions are what shareholders look at.

WHOOOO WEEEE bob, that is one mean ass, run-on sentence at the end...

Made me gasp for air just reading it...

You say:

"So far HITTs has produced good numbers and good press releases which I accept as true..." and "So far HITTs seems to be a good company and unless you two can prove otherwise based upon facts..."

What good numbers? You call announcing "revenue" numbers Good?

HUH?

And as far a producing good press releases? ROFL!!! Come on bud - I don't even need to comment on that do I?

Ever wonder where the revenue numbers come from? Heck I know I can make up some revenue by manufacturing a value for trading worthless banner adds, and call that revenue.

Although it would be worth about as much as monopoly money, it might be able to be called revenue - especially if I were trying to make sucker investors think HITT was a real company...

You say HITT is a good company - PROVE IT. What do you know about the company? What's good about it?

Looks like a typical BB sham to me.

All Comments Are The EXPRESS Opinion of The Author

Cheers Steve

bob, This one is just as funny.

Dorian has lots of experience on the Internet running a business. Thats good for HITTs if he is running a legitimate business now. However being charged with a crime is not being convicted, Bill Gates has been charged by the Justice Department of being a criminal. Is Bill Gates running a criminal activity with Microsoft or are the polititians upset with him because he does not make political contributions. To say that a corporation is engaged in criminal activity as you two have opens you up to civil liability in Tort Law of Libel and Commercial Disparagement for which you two can be sued.
