To crony #4 (Saracen),
You will find out at the meeting when the shareholders defeat the rollback and possibly throw out the board. DRR and Uncle Larry are not the only ones that can save this company. Everybody stay firm in your NO VOTES.
We want action not words. We would not be throwing you out if you cronies had action instead of words. Promises... promises... See you at the meeting.
Keep the faith,
Cracker

Saracen:

Fool me once or fool me twice... The second time I'm the fool... If Tracer can't come up with a small deal in the next two months, they won't be any better off after 2/3 of our shares have melted away... It's always been a question of management competence... Some act while others talk... So far, Tracer has had talkers... We need doers who concentrate on the business not the share price... The share price will take care of itself if the right people take care of the business...

Jim

Let's change this a bit...Let's see if you can come up with a few ideas to answer your own question.

What could be done by anyone? And this also includes someone(s) different brought in on the board. Now please don't disappoint me and say there is nothing that could be done. This is exactly what I would expect from a management "yes man". I'm sure you're another concerned shareholder like the rest of us so I'll bet you can come up with some ideas, hypothetically speaking. So put on your thinking cap, let's get creative and give me a few for-instances. Surprise me.

By the way, as you seem to know about Indonesia, what can you tell us. You indicate nothing is happening due to lack of money as the reason. Care to expound on this?
