No - which was my point.

Given that the world is a very different place, the nearest modern day analog to the European situation in the late thirties is the Russian ethnic cleaning of Chechinya. Now do you see the NATO getting high and mighty with Russia?

My guess is that you will eventually find that 'others' besides the Euorpeans put preasure on the US and Britain to attack the Jugoslavians.

Just out of interest NATO troops are not the only ones in theatre. Amongst others there are troops and equipment from the United Arab Emirate there as well.
