Phil:

I stopped following the company at least a year ago. It didn't do any good to work at it, as (1) any logical analysis didn't fit with what Galton would subsequently do, and (2) Hal Smith was the only conduit for information, and he always knew nada.

Investing in a capricious vacuum is not my first love.

Was it a TWA pilot that once flew a perfectly fit L1011 jumbo jet directly into the Everglades?

Phil,

For the next 3 weeks Cistron will in essence have 3 CEO's. Bruce G., Bob Naismith, and F.Iris. As Richard has said in the past all they have to do tomorrow morning is pickup the phone and say "yes". Several takers for our cash for a minimum of 70 cent a share.

If you find out if Bruce G. loses his option rights after he leaves on may 31 let me know. I just can't imagine him leaving the golden goose before golden egg is layed.
