Slider, believe it or not I agree that you have been attacked in inappropriate ways at various times. But I think your responses were often Way out of line, escalating the bitterness and led to running mud-slinging battles which disgusted and drove away many reading the thread who may have had valuable things to say. If you could have rebuffed the attacks with fact and reasoning, and avoided the personal insults to your detractors, it would have been much better, imho. Many are gone from the thread who you and I could have learned from. I know you're just having fun, but it does damage. Really. Lots of people don't think it's fun; They think it's ugly and they don't want to see it. They go and don't come back. But I'm pretty much convinced that very few of those still posting on SD think it's appropriate to report abusive, harassing or insulting posts. I don't want to impose my thinking on the thread. So I will Not report such things unless they are directed at me. As far as I'm concerned, you've got a free hand, as long as you don't direct any venom my way. regards, diana

Slider & All...AXAS My take: Substancial insider buying @ $4-5 in December Cash flow from Ops in 98 was $5MM another $2MM from investment Net loss of $84MM but $61MM non cash impairment charge Cash at end of 98 $61.5MM Debt level high but leverage equals more appreciation opportunity Chapter 11 fears appear to be dead w/ $60MM private placement Recently drilled a few dry holes??? but then haven't we all!!!<g> Unloaded marginal properties but has excellent prospects in existing & newly acquired properties. Proven reserves 320BCFE... $2/share...I'm long 2.5k and looking to pick up another 5k tomorrow unless someone here can make argument against...TIA
