To the cronies who hate the stockholders,
THERE WILL BE NO ROLLBACK! We have the votes. The big question is "what is the board trying to do besides let the stock drift down?" There is absolutely no proof that this is not a plan to further reduce our control of the company later. All we have seen over the last year is a rollback then the stock drops now another rollback and guess what would come next...yeah, someone would be buying our stock again at a lower price as soon as they save the NASDAQ listing. Don't anybody give your stock away. We are your fellow stockholders who are trying to protect you from the DEN OF VULTURES.
It is sad that with them not having answers they start asking stockholders questions to divert attention. They want to know what we plan so they can try to stop it. But we all will continue to fight for the stockholders...who they call losers. We will show them at the AGM just as you the shareholders want us to... and we have a great plan of action! VOTE NO TO THE DEN OF VULTURES ROLLBACK.
Keep the faith,
Cracker

I Just got back from dinner, so I'll respond to your comment.

The rollback is not viable. It has been obvious from the start, that the current board did not have the time it needed for the longer term commitments in Iran. But that didn't stop them. To me, without a contingent plan for stock value appreciation during this possible long drawn out process wasn't responsible under the circumstances. They knew this was coming! The arrogance of certain board members to think they could just ram the roll back down our throats was under estimating shareholder resolve. They must be the ones who will retain the Nazdaq listing at their expense. i.e. THE ROLLBACK IS DEAD!!!!

If they weren't thinking about this long ago, they deserve to be gone after a major blunder like this. The more responsible thing to have done would have to brought in some producing properties while they could. All of these so called "OIL MEN/EXPERTS" should have or could have done this. Now they state if we don't get a rollback all is lost. And I remember the raving about David Robinson, the one who has raised 200 million dollars. Mr white knight. Where's this miracle worker now? Oh yes, he's been busy. (MBA, other business interests, etc.) They all should have stayed away from Tracer.

You yourself have a choice. If you don't like how the majority thinks and will vote, why don't you give them (board members/cronies) your stock? Then you wouldn't have to deal with us who post on this board. (and we wouldn't have to deal with you, even tho it's had a few laughs connected with it mr. transparent)

You must have a heck of an investment for all this work you've put out with your postings.

And yes, we do have a plan and NO we won't tell you as I posted before. If you can't live with that, then I'm sorry. You choice is to sell your stock and leave if it bothers you that much.

As far as most of the people who you are calling unrealistic losers, we can only smile at you because we know what we're dealing with. I wish you better fortune with your next investment. Better than you and certain board members have had in the past or on this attempt. (No, on second thought that was a lie, I don't wish this on anybody) My only question is, are you still ahead of the game? Are the favorites getting ticked because of 2 bad investments in a row and lost money? Will the next pasture be any greener? How much are you guys willing to lose?

Before you ask, we are prepared to completely lose our investments if necessary before we let everything be stolen from us. It's a matter of principal that perhaps you won't understand. If not, I feel sorry for you. We will make our (majority of shareholders) present felt and those who underestimated us will soon realize this.

Signed,

Unrealistic Loser....or Someone Who Cares About Fellow Investors
