James: Looks like 8.5 is not a problem. At the rate USU is declining, I wouldnt be surprised to see 5-6 in the picture within the next month? The market seems to be pricing in a dividend slash along with an unsuccessful renegotiation of the Russian SWU contract. Last I saw, the government was pretty happy with the way it stuck the ipo holders with this can of worms and was unlikely to either subsidize or let USU back out of the russian deal. At least thats the way I read a recent congressmens assessment of "how poorly USU operated and how they paid way to much in dividends to its stockholders". What are your thoughts on USU ?
