WLD. I'm trying to figure out the DIVIDEND??? If there is one paid over the next year to Pfrd. shareholders as in the old issue of MDIN they do get one. It would seem possible that in the new stock div. there could be a cash amount of a div. that is not talked of and beeing that it's a non reporting firm you would not see the info for let's see about one year. Leads one to think that if there was a inflow of any gain it could be wiped out by paying the div. first to the pfrd issue and nothing but a shell for the rest. Yet there may be a advantage to NPEC in that one. Now if that is not the case what would the value of the rest of MDIN's projects be??? You also must see that the old Bambie Lake project is not talked of as it's history IMO. that MDIN held as a asset at one time. Ya ever wonder why? It took a deep 6?? Now the 504 issue was for 4,mm if full value it's what a million cash? hmmmmm... nice price for a little less in value project or what ever. Hard to read between the lines in all of this try to explain some of it if you have a little time just would ya... I would like to know. Thanks in advance. Jim.....
