United Keno Hill ( ukh ) Steven Powell, director and owner of 10%, indirectly acquired 429,266 convertible debentures in a private placement, converted 1.29 million dentures into 1.72 million shares and sold 186,500 shares at 17 to 25 cents to hold 3.95 million shares and 734,954 convertible debentures indirectly.
