Can you, Syncrude, expand on this a bit.

For instance, when, back in February-March, some poeple complained that Cannacord was selling heavily IWM shares (from 2.25 down to the 1.25 level), could it be that they did it for their own trading account or was it really on behalf of a large client ? The reason I bring this up is that why do some poeple complain so much about some Houses "dumping" shares. Dont' they just do their job ?
