It's not the US people,, but the machine that runs it ... Almost all the US people are dubious of this adventure, and only back it out of patriotism.. IMHO...
Witness people who want to go over and help--- can't even get a ticket....

International law--- Heh heh---since when--- Only when it suits....

<< (btw, can you define the
difference between totalitarianism and authoritarianism??)
>>

not smart enough with the lingo, however I think that my simple brain can see things clearer then a lot of convoluted brains...

<<<You simply continue to ignore the Machiavellian nature of international power
relationships and how nations only adher to international law when it is in their
interest or when the political pressures to great. >>>>

No I don't... I see that that is what the US is doing , but I do not feel the need to defend it as other then what it is....

<<Now you then have to ask which country has done more to establish an
international system of government and conflict resolution. Hint: It sure hasn't been
Russia or China.>>>

Oh yeah,, and that's for whose benefit??? My way or I'll bomb you--

I suppose that's one way of doing it----

Telling me that I am being a good guy when I kill don't work.....

Doubt that it ever will, and anybody who swallows that logic is certainly no better then a Fascict Nazi , IMHO....

Chomsky-- Like it or not, his explanations make a helluva a lot more sense then this humanitarian drivel...

Let's face it ,, The problem with Chomsky is that we don the black hats....
